CCBill makes it easy to find rebill shaving

CCbill have posted an alert in the stats today which is relevent to this thread - something about 1% of proggies having their settings mucked up in the changeover - so I'd be a little bit forgiving atm on the off chance any rebill settings issues are due to this.

I've known for some time now that CCbill proggies could adjust the number of rebills available to resellers. Kudos to CCbill for finally letting us resellers see who's up to what
