Top Bucks signs with acacia

Again, I can't blame anyone that signs an agreement with Acacia. They need to look out for their own interest. When Paul Markham was on the radio, I asked if Acacia won in court, would the payments be retroactive. He didn't answer me. So, I went to the horses mouth. And yes, payments would be retroactive.

Do You have any idea how much money that would equate to with the larger, older sponsors out there today? It could and would put many out of business.

I believe in fighting the good fight but I can never find fault for sponsors looking out for their asses.

It seems that everyone just thinks about the small picture when someone settles. Take a look at the big picture and try thinking of the possibility of having to pay Millions later or Thousands now.

We will and have fought Acacia but, don't blame sponsors that do see the big picture and want to stay in business if the case fails.
