I see there customer support is as good as always. The weakest link in the epassporte chain.

Something I am curious about. Obviously we are not the only people that notice epassporte's CS sucks. Why not take some money, train some real CS representatives and go from there? Almost all the problems that we see about epassporte is because of their CS, right? Is it really that hard to fix it?
