I talked to Keyser Soze via ICQ.
I didn't realize they had a "We do not get involved with disputes" policy, over at Epassporte. I guess it pays to read the small print. He said they would look into the account to see if anyone had logged complaints against it and possibly terminate it. I will continue trying to get a hold of these guys. |
