Hello. Yes, it might be a good idea to post some links on the new (don't put them on the old ones you already submitted due to blacklisting concerns -- unless you know what you are doing) freesites you submit so they link back to your Hubs in some way. This will help. If these sites are somewhat new also, there is a chance that Google just hasn't gotten around to it. Give it some time... Naturally getting listed on a few freesites like Greenguy's Link-o-rama WILL push you up to PR1 or PR2 very easily due to the algorithm (but give it a few months). But don't stop there. Trade with others too as you are thinking of. Just get your site out there any reasonable way you can. Good luck!
