Yep happened to many a big breasted women, the old machines had two rollers on top that you would feed the cloths into to ring them out before hanging them up on the cloths line.

Hey we had a roller on our machine till I was about 13 - I'm either older than I thought or we were poorer than I thought. I remember wrecking more buttons than you can shake a stick at.
