The word 'turnkey' scares me. I've never heard of a turnkey paysite turning out very well. Typically, the purchaser gets scammed and finds out that they own/control nothing.

My primary criticisms of those two sites are that both tours look rather anitquated - very 1990s - and there are multiple banners for other sites on them. I suppose, if you aren't running an affiliate program, then those banners aren't a big deal. But if I owned the sites, I'd want the focus to remain on joining my site, not the competition's.
