![]() During my Labor Day content sale - a man purchased a bunch of sets and paid for it via paypal.
The day after I received payment I sent him the download links. In my email to him I apologized for the delay, explaining that I was bombarded with orders and I was taking care of everyone on a first come first serve basis. Well, come to find out that same day (day after payment was made) He filed a complaint with paypal saying merchandise wasnt received. I emailed him again - he said he would take care of it...Now it is 5 days later(several emails to him asking when he is going to take care of it) - no response back from him!! How would you handle this???? This is what I did... Issued a refund and emailed him with this message: I have emailed you several times asking you to inform paypal that you did indeed receive your items - the day after payment was received. I have waited patiently for 5 days for you to do this and you havent..Well, I'm resolving it now.Here is a refund. You cannot use anything until I receive the license - hope you remember to do this.
