Morning

Well, I learned the hard way that I shouldn't do Aqua Therapy on back-to-back days. I did my normal routine & didn't feel too bad until I got out of the pool, and then, boy did I feel it

I had to have The Bitch walk me up to the house

I'd like to take it easy today, but we have to adjust some of the AC vents, as parts of the house are nice & cool, while others are just sweatboxes

Until then, it's work & The (British) Open on my iPad because Time Warner stopped working last night when the power went out
