sponsors that don't reply to emails

Do you promote them?

Over the last few days I have been trying multiple times to email a sponsor with a simple question regarding their promotional material. But I have yet to receive a reply. This is an established sponsor and I am using their own request form which seems to be their only source of support.

Fearing I would get the same if I had a real problem I no longer feel safe promoting this program. Needless to say it will not get the attention it would have gotten had I received a reply to my simple question.

So I guess what needs to be said is if you have a sponsor program be sure to have adequate support for your affiliates. Or you will be losing them.
