I would say read read read, get to know the way of the adult world and start out small, prolly doing up freesites, avs sites and / or tgp galleries. Taking it slow will let you figure out what you want you want to focus on and how to do it.

And also, come on these boards and ask specific questions, although this thread is not a very nice example of us webmasters being friendly and helpful, generally for specific questions people will help.
