Stolen Galleries - Need to kick his hosting

Well, I dont know if this happens often but I have never hear something like this.....

I cut and build my own thumbs and vids to make them nicer and original, I spend big time doing this but I think it worth.
I have about 200 permanent gals in my dedicated hosting and for my surprise I have found in my AutoGallery DB a template which is using my content!!! YES, this fucker has download all my thumbs and videos and used them in his own template!!!
U can imagine how frustrated I feel right?

I have contacted to Hone Lynn from Sunnydollars (he is promoting this sponsor with the gals) and he tried to contact this webmaster but he didnt reply the emails so he decided to close his account.
The problem is that all the gals are still alive and I know that he is still submitting them, and I started to see these gals spread on lots of sites.

Well, some of u could think... why should I trust u? maybe u are the cheater... but maybe most of u know me and u could check that I have been a honest webmaster for 1 year, and if u have big archives u can see my gals there...
and if u make a whois search for my domain and his u can see that his domain was created 2 months ago.
