This is the biggest problem with small town cops...they don't know the laws.
Unless drugs are involved, then its like "you are in violation of Section 23,431, paragraph 741, line 7, word 6 of the 1951 anti drug law which states, 'Police can plant drugs on you and bust you if they want'"
