I dont wanna throw cold water on this but

that content comes from a dvd you bought at adultlegal or somewhere
you dont own the content you just have a license to use it

since you arent the owner of the content can you legally send a dmca notice ??
(I dont think so)

also how do you know that he doesnt have a licence for the dvd also

and does your license give you the right to police the content

can you decide who can use it and who cant
