You asked about webair, I have had a great experience from them so far. I have two accounts with them, one for mainstream stuff and the other for adult. I've maybe gone through about 10 or so hosting companies in the last 3 or 4 years and webair are currently top of the list. I also have a dedicated server for one mainstream site with a different provider that hasnt been that good, unfortunately the webair dedicated packages are cost prohibitive imho, at least for me.

With webair I find the tech support to be good, the live support is especially quick. I dont think I've had any downtime in 8 months or so on either account and what I also like about them is that you can lump in several different sites under the one package and just pay the one fee - not all hosts offer multiple domains on one account. Prices are good value too.
