People can submit anything they like, as long as they follow the guidelines in the submission page (which should rule out certain sites). Inviting them to submit doesn't mean the guidelines won't apply. Within the guidelines they can submit whatever they want. It does not mean that the sites will be accepted. It's my job as the editor to screen out the junk and accept only the quality sites.

The reason I'm pointing people to my directories is simple. They're new and I want to get the word out. Blatant self promotion hope that's allowed here. If not, I will delete my comment above and add sincere noob apologies.
