Good morning all! Wow lots of stuff happening to everything. Good Luck Jim with your Grandmother. That is rough. I agree, you couldn't buy a shed here either. July will make 2 years since I've lived in my house, and my home has more than doubled in value in that time. I can't imagine what 5 years will bring.

My biggest thing this morning was waking up to fog which is rare here. got to watch the clouds slowly lift off the mountains around the valley, it was very cool to watch. That is about all the drama I can handle without a lot of coffee, lol.
