I am also thinking of including many quotes from anti-adware/spyware blogs and trusted sites. I have been doing a ton of research and have read a lot of things that just make me scratch my head. Zango actually started a lawsuit against Zone Alarm. Zone Alarm doesn't know why it ended but...DAMN.
