Freesites question...

Hi everyone, I've been sending freesites for about a month. I send a freesite every 2 days to approximately 240 different Linklists. Doing that the most I generate is 60 clicks per day to the sponsor. The usual ratio of sales is 1/1500 so It would take me several days to get a single one sale (Its been a month and I just made only 1). Is there any way to increase the traffic sending freesites? How come there're people who send freesites and it work so much better for them than for me?

Im sorry I came here to ask but I dont know what to do and Im getting frustrated...well, thank you for reading!
