Anyone from Epassporte Around????

On a side note, I have never been about to use my Epassporte on line, like a credit card. I have tried about 6-10 times and it got rejected every time.

Has anyone been about to? If so...where?

I use it quit often use my virtual card to buy content(club extreme) I pay my host with it every month. I pay my books which I buy trough a dutch internet company.
But sometimes I also get rejected.
