I had emailed epassporte on Tues (5 days ago) and I have yet to receive a reply, but I hit up Michael and he assisted me.
I tried their telephone support for a couple of days too but there was just a message saying they are unable to offer phone assistance because of the weather. I agree with Trixxxi, get Michael in there to train their new reps. The guy does an amazing job.
