Go with your own decision!!!! If it is a good deal you can replace the carpets with hardwood, fix the deck and at some point have new windows and doors put in even. Go with what YOU like. We just bought a house that is carpet all upstairs in the bedrooms and before we move in we're having them all ripped out and hardwood put in. Got a good deal on the house so we're happy. |
