It doesn't really make sense for most porn companies to be traded publicly. You go public with a company to get large amounts of capital (among other, more vainity related reasons). Most porn companies are not willing to become their shareholders bitches in exchange for a ton of money to invest for the simple reason they don't need a ton of money to invest. If your trying to get in on ppv across the nation on cable or dish, like the above company, then you might need to. But the majority of us can sell porn to lots of people with comparitively little costs involved. Just doesn't make good sense, unless your a douchebag who just wants to say "I have a publicly traded company".
