WOW - good idea.

I got about 60 forums, and those chinese fuckers are just ruining them with thier viagra spam.

One problem tho, you may have noticed all those chinese fuckers are using proxies.

So maybe what you could do is read MAC addresses - these are serial numbers built into someone's actual pc.

This way i dont believe they can fake it by using a proxy.

Good idea tho, anything to stop those fuckwits would be great.
