62 freesites submitted, very little SE traffic.

I've submitted a total of 62 freesites over the last 3 1/2 months, and I've yet to get any real SE traffic. I only recieved 700 hits out of 52,000 last month from SE's. What am I doing wrong? Is there something I've missed? Also, the sponsors I'm using are all showing around 1cent/click. Some even worse! I've linked to some of my sites to see if anyone could point out the error of my ways
