I need a little help.....

I'm having host problems so I'm looking for a new host.

I need a dedicated server with at least a 10 meg pipe and MySQL, PHP, htaccess. Also I have well in excess of 1000 domains so spam me with your favorite hosts.

Cost is no object, but I need a 24/7 monkey to physically sit on top of my server with a dedicated telepathic connection to my rectum in case of constipation of my domains.

I also need them to move everything to my new host for me with me needing to transfer any files.
