Do LL use FHS any more ?

I am just getting round to building all the FHS for my sites and, as I hadn't built any for a while I thought I had better look around at a couple of LL just to see if the world of free sites had changed.

While I was looking through I couldn't help but notice that aprox 99% of material listed was from affiliate designed and submitted - there was very few FHS listed.

My question is am I wasting my time building FHS if LL owners dont wont or use them ?
