That's a much crap as when I get a sight declined because I use the word "girlfriend" - cuz it has "girl" in it....

If the "girlfriend" in your photos is dressed to appear underage (pigtails, teddy bears, etc.) or you also use the word young or something similar in the description or gallery text then yes, I'll likely reject the gallery. Again, it all depends on the context, not the existence of the word alone.
