That's a much crap as when I get a sight declined because I use the word "girlfriend" - cuz it has "girl" in it....

If the "girlfriend" in your photos is dressed to appear underage (pigtails, teddy bears, etc.) or you also use the word young or something similar in the description or gallery text then yes, I'll likely reject the gallery. Again, it all depends on the context, not the existence of the word alone.

While smoking is unhealthy, it's not illegal.

This has little to do with caring about the motivation of the surfer. It's about distancing ourselves from CP, or even the perception that we're promoting CP.

Couldn't agree more - well put.

That said - I think it should be the reviewer looking at the site - it's just a bit irritating to have a script reject a site for schoolgirl content when it's a bunch of grandma's going back to college.
