I'm so sick the Republican's campaigns in the news that I want to rip my ears off

I'm a bit of a news hound so often work with the news on the TV but lately it seems that it is mostly almost nothing but news of the Republican's campaigns.

I guess it would be different if there was actually a chance that I would want to vote for one of them.

To make matters worse our local news station and DirecTV is having a dispute over fees so it's been blacked out since last week so in order to get our local news I have to sit through the national news each morning.
