Yesterday's weather was about as perfect a day for kayaking as it gets. We went out with a huge group of beginners, paddled with them for about five miles and then four of us split off from the group and paddled a total of 11 miles. The temps were in the high seventies with almost no wind. About the only downside was we ended up paddling against the tide most of the way, but that made for a good workout.

Going to make a blog post about today after I finish my adult work for the day.

Speaking of my mainstream blog... My outdoor adventure blog is slowly growing. One of the Meetup groups has linked to my Kayaking blog giving me some nice traffic.

Today is looking to be another beautiful day. Too bad I'm stuck indoors working.
