I live across the bay from North Island (San Diego Navy Base) Bush landed there then got in a fighter jet and went to one of the aircraft carriers to announce that the war with Afghanistan was over. So there were lots of boaters out to watch Air Force One land, also lots of Harbor police, coast Guard And Navy Patrol Boats (lots of boats = lots of wakes = Pat bouncing). A couple suits with ear pieces came on my dock about an hour before he landed and hung out till well after he was gone, I tried to strike up a conversation with them but they weren’t to friendly.
