I got a bug up my ass

With my current layout, the list of other categories is on the bottom of each category page:

I'm thinking about adding the list of categories to either:
The Left Side Of The Pages: http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/1testleft.htm
The Right Side Of The Pages: http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/1testright.htm

If I do decide to put the list on either side, it wouldn't be difficult to do, just time consuming (but not 2 years like last time)

So, what's everyone's opinion? Please vote & comment if you feel it's necessary
