Saw an interesting news segment earlier this week with the author of the course, Laurie Santos, a Professor at Yale University.

Its a FREE course developed to help people understand themselves better.

For example, Are you happier when you buy yourself a little something? Or when you buy someone else a little something? Like a latte or a cd or whatever.
