I would take those banners you have and add some discriptive text under. If I['m a surfer, you should be telling me why I should on that banner. Tell me why I should visit that site.

Don't forget to sell your sponsors. The content is to get the surfer to your doorstep, now you have to close the sale. It's like when Baskin Robbins gives you a little wooden spoon to sample a new flavor. You should give your visitors a little flavor sample, but don't forget to have the big neon sign telling people to buy the latest flavor. You won't get the sale if you don't ask for it.

Aesthetically, the site is very nice, now work on selling the shit out of your sponsors and make the income from it nice.
