I agree with Greenguy. The number of Internet users has started to stabilize, especially in North America and Western Europe. But, the number of people looking to get into our business has not slackened.

Combine that with a *much* smarter consumer, and you have more people chasing a stagnant (and perhaps declining) pool of money.

However, all that being said, even if as an individual if I increase my market share by even a tiny bit, it translates into large gains to the bottom line.

To compare to everyone esle, our best year was 2003 (steadily increasing income since '96). Our current revenue is about half of what it was 2 years ago. But, this year, and especially February, is looking very good.
