And in my experience most proggies are pretty bloody poor in their response time for emails

Well, you are in down under (btw, I love that place. Visited Sydney a few years ago, and loved the friendly people).

There's pretty big timezone gap, so when you're sleeping, most people in the states are awake.

I clicked on the 12-24 hours also. Depends when I sent the email, but I dont expect an answer until the end of the next business day. If its Friday or the weekend, I dont look for a reply until Monday.

Totally agree - I just came back from being cold for 3 days in Melbourne - and all my skin feels tight and dried out from all the A/C...
Now more than ever before do I wonder why Melbourne claims to be one of the most livable places on earth.

The only highlight was Ozomatli live at The Prince (dump of a place).

Sounds like we could have caught up for a chat...
