Follow up: after I closed the CECash site my browser refused to connect to any site (sites I could get with Netscape 4.7 on same connection) - shut IE 3 times - everytime it froze, so I had to re-boot! Probably because I didn't wait every time for all the scripts to execute...

ARS - yeah - another great company: they closed my account in 2000 for "suspicion of cheating" before I sent my first hit to them! I joined them, didn't get around to use them straight away
because I was confused by their site, so after 10 days (!!!) I received an email that my account had been closed for "suspicion of cheating" because I didn't sent traffic and joined under a friend's referral code - that was that - bye-bye
