Well, I see several large sponsors using similar language, or providing protected DB access for the info. I am guessing that their lawyers are saying this puesdo third-party record keeping is OK.
Being in Canada, I'm also pretty much out of the DOJ reach anyways. Give me a photo ID with a DOB, and I'm happy. Probably within the Canadian privacy laws also. |
