No way. We went back to get records on prior purchasers and discovered that (1) some vendors had vanished, (2) other vendors THOUGHT they had complete records, but didn't, (3) other vendors said their content was "exempt." So the Feds are standing in your office, telling you that your content is not exempt, holding the handcuffs, and you are going to tell them what? ...
