I really dislike the colored CSS title tags on everything. It's unexepected and unnecessary.

The left aligned banners look crappy because one expects them to be centered. I also don't like to see them stacked that way.

The incomplete recip table needs to be centered. It too looks wrong due to the left alignment.

There is absolutely no reason to link to the ICRA. What's the point of that?

When you have thumbs on the main page which represent the individual galleries, they should be linked to their gallery. Don't make me search for that little text link to the gallery. I shouldn't have to read every word on the page to figure where the galleries are.

Centered elements look balanced, at the very least. If something is aligned to the right, it is obvious to all that it was done intentionally. When something is aligned to the left, it looks like the builder was lazy due to left-alignment being the default. If you have nothing to fill the space on the empty side of a table or cell, it will tend to look best centered.
