You're doing a great job and you're off to a great start. I skimmed a lot of it, read a bit, and that's how most surfers read a blog I think anyways

you're writing well, spacing out thoughts into paragraphs and paragraphs kept short to keep todays readers in mind. very smart.

good layout, unique header always counts. I'm not a real big fan of white on black but i think its ok here.
