Can someone here tell me how to clarifly a site's PR?
I mean, if I search a site by a keyword, and that site is on the fist page of the search research, meaning? Also, if that is the case, then PR is should be related to the keyword used to search? Sorry, a bit confused. If I am completely wrong and have no idea what I am talking about, then please educate me.
