Thank you to everyone, I appreciate it, Bell no worries on our end, I know you wouldnt ever send a slug on purpose, you really cant control some things.

He responded to our initial email (not sure if our Attorney has contacted him yet or not), he responded to our 1 email with 3, all very appolagetic (just like the last time), however he did remove our content and we will move forward from here.

It's too bad, because I think all business models need new people and new concepts in order to move forward with innovative ideas, new outlooks and minds generally bring great things, than you have an instance such as this one, where you have a New person, that may very well want to do well, have a few good ideas (or may have some in the near future), and they get tied up making wrong decisions that stunt their ability to grow in our industry... So Sad.
