How do you pick your sponsors?

Sometimes TV can start me on a sponsor hunt.
eg. CSI had an episode about biting fetish.
- So Google takes me to a Mac Daddy Bucks site called Bite Sex. Also while searching I also run into some solo vamp chicks. Some have affiliate programs and some don't. I also check out their friends links. A whole lot more of little known vamp/goth/fetish/bdsm sites to check out.

Sometimes I also go looking for sponsors that are setup to handle foreign billing as a lot of niches are geo-centric.
