I don't see anything fundamentaly wrong at first sight.
A few things that maybe could be better:
- You're relying mostly on banners to get the surfer to the paysite. You should try using more textlinks, but don't make them blind links. A good textlink will have a much higher clickthrough ratio than most banners.
- Try using tables with fixed sizes, now you're using <table width="98%"> which looks way stretched on a bigger screen resolution
