I don't think they have any affiliate program (that's open to the public anyway).
Another thread about that site is http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/...=myfreepaysite The site's been around awhile, and if you don't recognize the Cybertania, Inc. name in the TOS, that's Leonid (Leo) Radvinsky's company, and they were sued by Amazon.com and by Microsoft for spamming, spoofing, and phishing scams.
