Another Good Early Saturday Morning

Sitting here waiting for 12:00pm to come to see if the offer I put into a house gets accepted - This house has all the features I wanted, except its 33 years old and I did want a newer house.
I was so excited until my Mother called me and said dont buy it (called me right in the middle of signing the contract) *shrugs shoulders and shakes head* Of course a 33 year old house needs some work.. coats of paint and replacing carpets, few loose boards on the patio deck whoopie doo! And I put in the condition if the house Inspector finds too many things wrong I can back out of the contract.
But Mom has put this black cloud over me and now I am not as excited as I should be - On one hand I want the offer to be accepted and on the other hand I dont. I dont wanna be nagged by her if it is accepted and I dont wanna loose this fabulous house (which is a bargain at the price they are asking)
