Now this is strictly my opinion but anyone who uses PR as a means of evaluating the merit of a link exchange is not someone I care to trade with.
Then again I'm easy. I just look at the site someone wants to trade with and if it looks like one that I would recommend to a friend, then I'll exchange links. |

I agree with Walrus
The key thing is traffic. I'm getting good quality traffic right now, and my site is only about 3 months old. My PR is 0 still for some reason, but I don't really care even if it was a 6. Just trade with content related sites to yours, and you'll do just fine. If they don't want to trade just becaues of PR.. go to the next person. Link trade takes time, but it pays off in the end.
