Sure, come on over. Bring your own booze
![]() Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper on all the veggies. Grill the veggies and when done make this sauce: 1 head of garlic, roasted 1/4 cup sherry vinegar 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves (I'll probably throw in some minced garlic too) Freshly grated Parmesan In the bottom of a large bowl, mash the roasted garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to make a paste. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper, add the vinegar and whisk to combine. Add the herbs and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkly on the grated cheese. (This is one of Emeril Lagasse's recipes and I take no credit for authoring it) Last edited by Licker4U; 2007-05-26 at 09:51 AM.. |
